Taste and See Family Mass in February

by Fr. Bryan Cunningham on 07/02/2018

You are invited with family and friends to Taste and See Family Mass of the year at the Shrine on Sunday 11th February 2018 starting with Mass at 3.30pm and followed by a shared meal and time to chat. One book about Father Kentenich calls him ‘Mary’s Prophet’. His charism was to raise our  awareness of the special role Our Lady plays in God’s entire plan of salvation. As Mother of the Lord Mary shows us the way to follow her Son closely. And Mary is closest to him on his journey and always there to assist him in his mission to win the world for the Father.  Please also bring a donation for our food and clothes bank. Thank you.  Looking forward to seeing you next Sunday

Dorothy Shields from the Leeds Schoenstatt Group has died

by Fr. Bryan Cunningham on 11/12/2017

Dear friends

Many of you will know Dorothy Shields from the Leeds Rainbow group. It is with great sorrow that I have to confirm that Dorothy Shields has passed away yesterday. May she rest in peace. I have spoken to her nephew, Phil, who used Dorothy’s facebook page to let people know. Many names Dorothy had asked to be informed had no contact numbers. Dorothy’s Requiem is planned for Wednesday 20th December at 10.45am at the Church of Christ the King,

Address

Christ the King Church
Kings Approach,
Brambly
Leeds LS13 2DX
We remember Dorothy in our prayers and pray for the repose of her soul.
We will offer Mass for Dorothy at the next Covenant Mass on Monday 18th December 2017 at the Shrine.
God Bless
Fr Bryan
